Starting with an idea, logo, or sketch, we can create a fully customized 3D plush toy. This step sometimes requires several prototypes to achieve a result that meets your expectations. It's easier to work with a sketch developed in Illustrator, but images or a sketched drawing work just as well.

The plush toys are made of polyester, but the outer layer can vary according to your specifications (long or short pile, softness, colors, etc.). During this process, the customer can choose the materials and colors that will be sent to the creation process to ensure complete satisfaction.
Once the raw material has been selected, we begin production of the personalized plush sample, with the opportunity to make prototype changes until our customer is satisfied.
We customize the outer fabric of your plush toy to your specifications. It can be a simple or complex print, embellished or unadorned, with embroidery or your logo.
According to your instructions, we can add your logo to the label with the product's instructions. Packaging, labeling, and shipping can be customized as required.
After the mold and materials are approved, we enter the sample into production.
The textile is cut to form its final shape. The different cut pieces are sewn together by hand. We add a label at this stage to display the required information. Before closing the plush, we add the filling.
Sample development takes us 5 to 7 business days.
Production of 200 units approx. 3 weeks.
At Felpel, we perform various tests on promotional plush toys, including a tensile test to prevent the plush from breaking. These tests are performed to ensure maximum quality and safety.
Once quality control is complete, the order moves on to the packaging process (for those with custom packaging).
Our products may include custom packaging for a better presentation. Promotional plush toys are sold in a custom cardboard box (flat or assembled).
